Yesterday’s class with our friends from the Bushido dojo of Sensei Marcin Kozera in NIKO, Poland.

The class was taught by Sensei Alfredo Ayala.

It was a very practical class where we learned close-range Ashihara Karate Street Fight techniques.

We thank our Polish friends for their involvement and commitment.

It was a pleasure having them at our dojo.
